Vessels unload directly in front of the plant for an immediate process. The average trip for the fishing task throughout the year is less than 15 hours.
With a capacity of direct unload from the vessel to the plant, processing and freezing are performed in less than 24 hours; thus, IPSM can ensure the higher quality of the finished product. The hake plant occupies an area of 2,000 square meters of space with air conditioning. All the process lines in the plant are manufactured of stainless steel for efficiency and cleaning. The lines are manufactured with flow line systems, the flow is continuous through the conveyors, in order to ensure a fast and efficient handling of fish from filleting to freezing; designed to ensure the highest quality standards.
